Exhibitor registration
Thank you for exhibiting at our annual conference!
Booth spaces will come with a table and two chairs provided and need to be set up by 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday September 24th, 2025, and may remain until noon on Friday, September 26th,2025. Booths may be set up on Tuesday evening if needed. Please list any additional accommodation needed. Power will be available upon request for an additional fee charged by the venue ($70). MACA does not receive compensation for power usage.
Hotel Reservations: Exhibitors can enjoy MACA’s room rates for the conference. Exhibitors must make hotel reservations and state they are attending the MACA conference. This year’s conference will be held at: Chateau on the Lake Resort Spa & Convention Center, Branson MO 65616.

Meals and Events: This year all exhibitors will be able to purchase the meals and all conference social events and the awards banquet.
